What is a Little Big Fun activity bag?
Little Big Fun activity bags are a collection of toys, books, activities, games, colouring, crafts and stationery items. They are perfect for any time you would like screen free entertainment. Ideal for travelling they provide entertainment on flights or car and train journeys and during down time on holiday.
They make perfect gifts for a child who has to go into hospital for a stay, or for a child going to stay for with friends or family enabling them to bring their entertainment with them. They can also be used as a new sibling gift or for school holidays.
Can I order a bag as a gift for someone else?
Yes. Our bags make ideal gifts. We can send directly to the recipient with a personalised message or send it to you to give personally. Just let us know at the checkout.
Can I request specific products in the bag I order?
Our inventory is changing all the time, so we can’t offer you specific products, however we do have an optional 'Additional Information' section to let us know about about your child(s) favourite characters, interests, likes and dislikes. This will then be used to help us handpick a busy bag most suitable for them.
What age are your activity bags suitable for?
Currently we create bags for children from one to ten years old.
Can I order an activity bag with a specific theme?
Yes, we can put together themed bags, perhaps for example your family are taking a special trip to Florida and want to celebrate all things Disney. Please contact us in plenty of time to enquire about themed bags, as it may be that we need to source specific items. There may be a surcharge for this service depending on the content, but we would put together a proposal and send it to you for your approval before any orders are placed.
Will the items sent all be age appropriate?
Yes. We work hard at Little Big Fun to source high quality items that are safe for all of our age ranges. As all children are different however, we do ask that you check all items for suitability before giving to your child and that children are supervised by an adult at all times.
What do I do if an item I receive is faulty or damaged?
Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photograph of the damage and we will arrange to send a replacement.
When will my order arrive?
We dispatch orders as soon as possible after placing your order, usually on the next business day. Our standard shipping service is Royal Mail second class which should arrive between 3-5 working days after dispatch. There are options to upgrade to first class or guaranteed next day delivery for an additional cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
